Dynamic Home Page and Checkout Page

The homepage included highly engaging banners exceptional offers and highlighted products that made a lasting first impression On the other hand the checkout page contained all shipping and payment options including the choice for in store and warehouse pickups

2 Improved Product Browsing

From advanced filtering options and detailed product displays on the product listing pages PLPs to visually detailed product description pages PDPs that offered related product suggestions the new platform offered a seamless product browsing experience

3 Easy Account Management

From modifying profiles to accessing order histories managing wishlists and tracking loyalty rewards shoppers could now do everything from the dynamic My Account section

Advanced Functionalities

By implementing bespoke functionalities we successfully enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction

1 Click and Collect

Shoppers were able to order online and collect the products from the physical store or even warehouses The Click and Collect feature closed the gap between online and offline shopping creating an omnichannel experience

2 Half Back Promotion

With the Half Back Promotion feature 2XL Home could add more value to shoppers by providing a whopping 50 return on the order value as coupons to use in the future purchases This reward centered shopping experience ensured more sales and successful purchases

3 Cart Rule Customization

We enabled 2XL Home to create and modify rules for promotions during checkout This helps with more transparent transactions and value added deals for customers leading to better targeting and increased sales

1 Magento ERP Synchronization

The Magento ERP sync ensured top notch accuracy and efficiency in the platform as it delivered real time updates for inventory and automated order processing

2 Marketing Automation

Improved user interaction and engagement through push notifications empowered personalized promotions and allowed the 2XL Home to send customized messages based on user behavior

Additional Optimization

Advanced features and functionalities promised a powerful shopping experience But the platform needed further optimizations to meet the goals

1 Complete Set Products

By dynamically linking related additional products to a main product we helped 2XL Home to boost their sales Thanks to this shoppers could buy a complete set straight from a single PDP without spending time to review other product pages This ensures a huge increase in customer experience

2 Custom Amasty Labels

We customized the Amasty Labels for PDPs PLPs and other blocks to highlight the key attributes of the products and gain customers attention through tags badges stickers etc

3 Dynamic Category Block

To ensure increased sales and user engagement we added dynamic category blocks like Online Exclusive block to the CMS pages

Proactive Monitoring

We also implemented an advanced monitoring system to keep everything in check and updated The advanced monitoring tools such as New Relic offered easy access to detect real time issues and solve them

Results and Impact

These custom solutions worked wonders for 2XL Home

The increase in engagement and customer interactions resulted in a 208 increase in conversion rate

An increase of 194 in the average order value due to user oriented features

User engagement went up by 66 because of the new personalization features and functionality

Because of the faster loading time and user centric design the bounce rate came down by 11

A 136 increase in page views because of dynamic content updates and optimized navigation
